The rum is made from fresh molasses, fermented over a week, and then spices and botanicals are added; corinader, cardmon, cloves, orange peel, ginger, vanill apods. These are left for a week to macerate and ensure a mild, spiced, very moreish rum. 

AND LET US KNOW IF YOU'D LIKE TO DEDICATED IT TO THAT SPECIAL PERSON.
And we'll put their name on the label (handwritten).

And at 45%abv it’s strong in the box, but silky and smooth as it hits the back of the net!
