A dry gin base, with a juniper berry, coriander and angelica root base, is enhanced with pink peppercorns, licorice, rosehips and cassia bark.

But it's the quince and gooseberries that bring a bittersweet fresh aroma and lip smackingly tarty fresh taste to this gin.
